Dashboard

Your own overview of projects, deadlines and today's work, built from widgets you choose. Keep several views and switch between them.

WhoEveryone. Each person arranges their own dashboard.Roles

The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It is made of widgets you pick, so a lead and an individual contributor can see different things. Changing your dashboard changes nothing for anyone else.

Widget What it shows
Today’s Focus Tasks, meetings and priorities for today
Risk Radar Project risks and items needing attention, including a matching blueprint when there is one
Team Pulse Team activity and workload
Client Health Client status and engagement
Projects What is running now, and what is next
This Week A week calendar with deadlines and milestones
Calendar Your upcoming calendar events
Today’s standup Write your standup update without leaving the dashboard

Some organizations also see Due & overdue, your open work that is due soon or overdue.

  1. Choose Add Widget at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Pick a widget under Widget Type.
  3. Optionally give it a Custom Title (Optional). Leave it blank to use the default.
  4. Choose Add Widget.
  1. Open the widget’s menu (Widget actions).
  2. Choose Small (1 col), Medium (2 cols) or Large (3 cols).
  3. To take it off, choose Remove and confirm. You can add it again from the widget list.
  1. Choose Manage Views (the gear button).
  2. Choose Create New View, name it, and optionally clone the widgets from an existing view.
  3. Use Set as Default on the view you want to open first. You can also Rename or Delete a view.

Deleting a view removes every widget on it and cannot be undone.

Add the Today’s standup widget. It picks today’s standup for you and asks for your own lines. A Posted tick shows once you have written something, and the inputs stay so you can keep adding. This widget needs Standups turned on for your organization.

Every widget only shows projects, tasks and clients you can already see. Adding a widget never widens what you can see.
