Integrations and AI settings
Where to connect other tools, manage webhooks, and control AI assistants and agents.
This page lists the screens. The pages it links to explain each connection in full.
Integrations
Section titled “Integrations”Settings > Integrations. Connections fall into two kinds:
- Your own: your calendar, mail and file storage. Connecting or disconnecting one affects only you.
- Organization-wide: tools such as Microsoft 365, Asana, Harvest, Workamajig, Smartsheet and Microsoft Project. Disconnecting most of these, and connecting Microsoft 365 or Workamajig, needs
organization.update.
Screens reached from the hub:
| Screen | Who can open it |
|---|---|
| GitHub | github.view, when GitHub is turned on for your organization. Installing or removing needs github.connect. |
| Jira import, Smartsheet and Planner import | project.create |
| Asana people mapping | organization.update |
| Timesheet people mapping, export, team timesheets, calendar project rules |
See Integrations and Hours and timesheets. Directory sync is covered in Security and admin.
Webhook Allowlist
Section titled “Webhook Allowlist”Settings > Webhook Allowlist. Needs webhooks.manage. List the web addresses ProjectBrain may send webhooks to, and rotate the signing secret. After you rotate it, the old secret keeps working for a short overlap.
